Girl Guides

Girlguiding Boughton Vale Division is a mainly rural area extending along the Greensand Way from East Farleigh to Kingswood and Headcorn and includes the southern areas of Maidstone; Shepway, Parkwood and Loose.

There are 17 units in total; 6 Rainbow units with 92 girls; 7 Brownie units with 147 girls; 4 Guide units with 80 girls. Most of the units have a waiting list and we are keen to open more units, and would welcome any adult volunteers to meet this demand.

The units provide a wide range of activities and experiences in the villages and support the local events. The Boughton Vale Divison has it’s own Facebook Page HERE

If your daughter wishes to join Girlguiding Kent Weald County, please register her details on our national website and we will be in touch. Likewise if you are an adult or older teenager (aged 14+) wishing to volunteer as a helper, please register on our national website and we will get in contact with you.

We would be interested in opening units in the following villages which fall within Girlguiding Boughton Vale Division; Chart Sutton, East Sutton, Langley, Linton, Parkwood, Sutton Valence and Ulcombe. If you would be interested in volunteering in this area, please register on the national website.
