Looking for the best broadband service always proves to be something of a challenge. There are more and more suppliers almost every month offering so many different deals, a bit like the mobile phone marketplace.
On top of all this comes the broadband price comparison websites offering so many different companies who, in turn, offer so many different options being hopeful that you will just compare speeds and initial monthly rates, giving you no idea how soon or often they will raise their monthly charge after you have commited yourself.
However, if you are a bit smart, you will realize that probably none of them would qualify to be nominated for the title of “BEST BROADBAND PROVIDER” because they fall short of the main requirement that could earn them that title. They all want your money, but fall seriously short in understanding the concept of, and actually providing “CUSTOMER SUPPORT“. That, in my opinion, is far more important than choosing the Internet Provider with the initial lowest monthly charge.
Often less than one or two pounds more per month is worth it if you can actually speak to someone when you need to that has the technical knowledge and experience needed to help get your problem resolved.
Even better if you are not held in a queue on the phone for anything up to 45 minutes or more, or even worse, told to communicate with technical support using Facebook or Twitter.
There are some broadband providers that just do not speak to their customers at all !!!
So, which broadband company would be in the running for the title of BEST BROADBAND PROVIDER ? My nomination for that title is AQUISS BROADBAND, however there a number of others that do understand the concept of real customer service and support. Make sure you choose one of the better one’s, try to phone their customer support team before committing yourself to a contract. If you fail to get through to anyone look elsewhere.

Most broadband suppliers have a community forum which enables their users/customers to communicate with each other and share their experiences with each other.
Not all companies employ support staff that understand every aspect of a customers needs regarding their broadband. Taking a look at a broadband suppliers ‘online community forum’ will give you a clearer picture of how a company treats it’s customers, especially how they resolve any issues that crop up from time to time, and also how their customers feel after reaching out for help.
Take your time and do your homework before choosing your “Best Broadband Service Provider”. You’ll be glad you did.
