We have three distances offering a perfect warm up for the spring races for experienced runners, a great route for intermediate runners or a fun run for beginners, families and children wanting to get involved. Half Marathon, 10k and 5k Fun Run.
The Heritage Transport Show has on display over 700 vehicles including motorbikes, cars, tractors, commercials and many more.
The South East Bus Festival will also be joining us again, proving to be one of the highlights of the Show. The Festival is a firm favourite at the Show and will be featuring a display of over 100 buses and bus related trade stands. Visitors and exhibitors can take advantage of as many free vintage bus rides around the Showground as they like.
The South East Koi Club has members of all ages sharing the same interest in koi. Every year we hold our Open Show, which is now held at the Kent County Showground, Detling, Maidstone, Kent.
The Young Koi Show staged by the South East Koi Club is the only koi show in the UK restricted to a maximum koi size of 65cm. The show also showcases the UK’s leading koi dealers and suppliers, as well as an arts & crafts section, licensed bar, hot and cold food.
The Kent Garden Show will feature over 300 exhibitors with a wide variety of goods on display and for sale. The features of the show include the floral marquees with their stunning floral displays including medal winners from Chelsea. The garden exhibitors have all manner of gardening goods for sale and include over sixty nurseies. There is a craft pavilion, food hall, brass band and children’s rides.
As well as the numerous nurseries in attendance there will be exhibitors selling garden furniture, water features, garden sheds and buildings, tools, sculptures, and much more
Jacqueline Aviolet will be in attendance all weekend to give answers to your gardening questions.

The Kent area of NAFAS will be holding their annual show in the Clive Emson Building.
For those who have never attended the Show before, the Kent County Show is a showcase event for farming, countryside and rural life. The three day event brings together the very best of Kent with animals and food, fun and excitement and above all a sense of what ’The Garden of England’ has to offer.
Following the incredible success of the 2018 Show, 2019 will be an exciting year as be will be celebrating our 90th Show. Visitors will experience a more hands on Show with better access to the cattle marquee, shire stables on site, flower and woodland craft workshops, cookery demonstrations, more live music and the Food and Farming education area.
Ramblin Man Fair 2019 Now in its 5th year!! A celebration of Classic Rock, Outlaw Country, Blues and Prog for music fans by music fans!
Leading British prog rockers Anathema have been announced as headliners for the Prog In The Park stage at the 2019 Ramblin’ Man Fair. They will be joined on what is shaping up already as a strong prog line-up by Polish outfit Riverside and Pain Of Salvation, with further artists to be announced.
Aside from the Anathema announcement, Legendary US rockers Foreigner have already been announced as one of the main stage headline acts, while Beth Hart will headline the Blues stage & rock band The Darkness are set to headline the main stage on the Friday night. The band burst onto the scene 18 years ago with their single I Believe In a Thing Called Love.
Since its inception in 2015, Ramblin’ Man has hosted legendary artists such as Steve Earle, Whitesnake, Mott The Hoople, ZZ Top, Glenn Hughes, Gregg Allman, The Cult, The Zombies, Hawkwind, Jason & The Scorchers and Family. The event has been described by Classic Rockas “the best new festival in Britain”.
Biddenden Tractorfest and Country Fair is now in its 6th year. It’s run solely by teams of volunteers from all walks of life and occupations and who are all dedicated to making the event both fun and affordable for the whole family. Leading the Tractorfest volunteers is Chair, Sue Boon, whose dynamism is well-known in Biddenden and surrounding areas.
As a not-for-profit event, Biddenden Tractorfest and Country Fair has been successful in raising funds for a large number of charities and other organisations – most of them local. Later this year we will be announcing the names of charities who will benefit from the event. Watch this space.
The event is also keen to support local crafts and businesses and this helps to boost the friendly, easy-going nature of the show.
Enjoy music from a selection of local and national talent across a range of genres including, rock, pop, country, folk and jazz as Music on the Green returns for 2019.
Our food and drink vendors will be serving up culinary delights from around the world. Expect a boutique dining experience from all from locally sourced produce.
2019 line up to be announced…
Oktoberfest Kent on Saturday 5th October 2019. The world-famous Oktoberfest returns to Maidstone’s Mote Park in 2019 for a day of traditional Bavarian frivolity! Taking place inside one of Europe’s Largest touring bier tents, our Bavarian-style festival will take place across two sessions.
12 noon to 5 p.m. & 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Oktoberfest is an 18+ event.
