10k is a great step up from our 5k events. Up the challenge and take part in the Race for Life 10k. Walk, jog or run. Raise valuable funds for research. THIS IS BEATING CANCER. 10k (or just over 6 miles) may sound a little daunting but it is an achievable challenge for anyone with a bit of training. Jogging 10k takes about an hour, but Race for Life is non-competitive, so you can take as long as you like.
