

Heart of Kent Hospice, in partnership with Golding Homes, are delighted to be delivering 6 days of activities between Mon 8 – Mon 15 August to children this summer.
Activities will take place at venues in the Parkwood, Shepway and Tovil areas of Maidstone, all sessions are free to children aged between 5 and 15 with each child attending a morning workshop (10am-midday) receiving a free takeaway lunch. All materials are included at no extra cost.
What activities are there?
Circus Skills: Learn a variety of circus skills with Circus Sensible including juggling, plate spinning, Chinese diabolo and beginners stilts. Delivered by Circus Sensible.
T-Shirt design and printing: Draw and paint your own design with special materials that will then be printed onto your very own T-Shirt for you to take home. Delivered by This Art of Mine.
Junkyard Orchestra: Discover the noises and tunes you can make with instruments made entirely out of recycled objects, form a band and make your own instrument. Delivered by The Junk Orchestra.
Scientific Sorcery: For budding scientists and curious minds! Discover experiments that will ooze, fizz, bubble, foam and change colour. Delivered by Eureka Seekers.
Street Dance: Join us for a street style dance session where you will learn footwork and technical routines and have great fun along the way. Suitable for all abilities. Delivered by Dance Mode Company.
